    We stock the LX range of unwaxed-waxed wick  a great wick for general use in pillars and containers

    LX wick is a specially braided flat cotton wick which maintains a slight curl when burning. The curl moves the tip of the wick into the hottest part of the flame, which helps to minimize or eliminate carbon build-up (mushrooming), reduce smoking, and provide a ‘self-trimming’ effect, which creates a very stable and consistent flame. LX wicks are lead and zinc free.

    he LX wicks combine the highest grade wick materials, state of the art braiding and spooling technology as well as tried, tested and approved chemical treatments to provide the cleanest and safest possible burn in the materials in question.
